NECTA will issue them letters showing equivalence numbers and grades. Applicants with equivalent qualifications (e.g. holders of diplomas and certificates) are advised to obtain an award verification number (AVN) from the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) at www.nacte.go.tz.
