Matric Results Release Date 2022: Many South Africans are asking when the 2022 grade 12 results will be released? The DBE (Department of Basic Education) has announced that the 2022 exam results will be released in January 2023. The 2022 class completed their final exams on December 7, having started in October 2022.

The Minister of Basic Education , Angie Motshekga, is expected to announce the results of the exam on January 20, 2023, while the provinces will release the results the next day, on January 21, 2023.
IEB results
Students on the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) will see their results made public on January 19, 2023. The IEB defines and marks the final exams for most of the country’s private and independent schools.
The results of the IEB can be obtained in the following ways:

The results can also be accessed via SMS.
Students will be able to find their results online using the IEB website when they are released.
How to Check Matric 2022 Results
To obtain a Senior National Certificate (NSC), a student must achieve 40% in three subjects, one of which is an official language at the Main Language level and 30% in three subjects.
Enrollers can obtain their official statement of results at the school, the exam center where they took their exams, or online through the Department of Education website.
