Building robust and sustainable healthcare delivery systems, especially in underprivileged communities, is the mission of the non-profit Benjamin William Mkapa Foundation (BMF Vacancies). BMF’s primary goal is to support and enhance the United Republic of Tanzanian government’s development initiatives. The late Benjamin William Mkapa, the former president of the United Republic of Tanzania, established BMF Tanzania Vacancies in order to support a society that is more resilient, inclusive, prosperous, and healthy. Through the evidence-based distribution of HRH, we help to lessen the scarcity of qualified healthcare professionals. Through the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Henry Jackson Medical Research International, Inc. Tanzania (HJFMRI Tanzania) has awarded BMF a grant to assist with the management of non-clinical Human Resource for Health Component under Southern Highland Zone Civilian Project (SHL) implemented in four regions of Rukwa, Katavi, Songwe and Mbeya. Through this award a total of 316 data management staff will be deployed in 231 health facilities to support program activities in the respective regions. The organization is an equal opportunity employer, hence all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
