Since 1969, Total Energies Tanzania Vacancy has operated in Tanzania, where we hold the top spot among retailers. We own the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP), a cross-border pipeline in Tanzania that will carry production from the Tilenga (operated by TotalEnergies) and Kingfisher (operated by CNOOC) facilities in the Albert Lake region of Uganda to the port of Tanga in Tanzania. Through our local partner, we own a lubricant mixing plant, a 27,000 cubic meter storage, and a 100,000 cubic meter receiving port in Tanzania. In Tanzania, we operate a network of about 70 service stations where we sell our goods and fuel and provide related services. In addition, we market distributed solar solutions for low-income communities through our service station network.
